Love this place and the customer service! Nicole went out of her way to help me decide on the couch set for us. Even took pictures for me while I was stuck at work. I got same day delivery as well and the guys put the couch set exactly where I wanted.
Was welcomed with a smile and a friendly hello. Any questions were answered. It did not feel like a used car dealership where they hound you, salesperson gave us space and checked in every 10 minutes or so.
They have good prices. They also offer free delivery and set up. There is also a $10 haul-away fee if you are interested in getting your old/replaced furniture removed. They also offer financing if that is something that you are in interested in.
I know that this will be the store we come to for our future furniture needs.

Fantastic experience. Heidi was great. She answered all questions and helped us find what we needed but there were no high pressure sales. I've bought from them before and will again. Usually very quick to deliver as well.
Lots of great options. I've bought a mattress and a coffee table from there so far. Now I'm shopping for a couch. I love Paul's and their prices are pretty good.
The staff is nice but the furniture is very outdated
A good local furniture outlet that carries many popular items that will meet your needs. You can find quality mattresses here without costing an arm and a leg. They frequently have sales which can save you a bundle on items of opportunity. Worth a visit.
I was looking for a specific type of couch, and Heidi helped me find exactly what I needed. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The whole process was fast and easy-going. Delivery to my house took place a short time later, and the delivery men were also fast and friendly. They took good care of the couch and my doorway even. Will continue to shop here for any future furniture needs.
